Horton Goes to Catanduanes. In the evening of March 17, 2011, we brethren of Frank Reed Horton Mem. Lodge (FRHML) No. 379, led by WB Roberto Sing, left the GLP grounds for Catanduanes, the home province of our Senior Warden and of Senior Grand Warden Santiago T. Gabionza, Jr., to attend the 21st Public Installation of Officers of Catanduanes Island Lodge (CIL) No. 291.

CHRISTMAS GIFT GIVING AT NATIONAL ORTHOPEDIC HOSPITAL – WB Robert “Mr. Charity” Sing and the brethren of Frank Reed Horton Memorial Lodge No. 379 and Bamboo Shrine Club brought joy and sunshine to some 80 patients in the Children’s Ward of the National Orthopedic Hospital, as
well as to the staff, janitors and guards of the same hospital, during the Christmas Holidays. They distributed bags of goodies to the said beneficiaries and provided them with entertainment.

Mr. Charity continues to reach out to unfortunate children. Since then Bro. Robert Sing has persisted in extending assistance to unfortunate children. The young patients at the Burnt Unit of the Philippine General Hospital (PGH) continue to regard him as their “father” not only because he regularly visits them, but also because he has not stopped to give assistance to them.
